Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still here...no sewing though...I've been rushing home every night and turning on CNN to watch the Democratic National Convention! I even missed Project Runway tonight...but hey they will repeat it! *LOL*
So regularly scheduled programming will resume this weekend. I have some new fabrics, some new ideas and five days to sew...so I'm sure that I will have much to share soon! *LOL*
And to my fellow Americans..."Yes We Can!"
It's pretty exciting for an Australian to watch this turn of events, so I can only imagine how exciting it must be for you. Your new picture is gorgeous!

I completely forgot about Runway this week, and have missed one rerun already. Now that the festivities have calmed down I can catch up on my normal TV. Glad I saved a few hand-sewing projects since I haven't stirred away from the TV all week.
ReplyDeleteI have never been this excited about the DNC since I was a little kid and John Kennedy got nominated. What a great week, and last night was just unbelievable. Barack has made us all proud to be Americans and show the world what kind of prople we really are. I have signed up to help his campaign here in my state. The next two months will fly by and what a celebration we can all have come Nov.
