Blackbird Fabrics is a new favorite. Caroline's online fabricbusiness is located in Canada. So you would think that getting fabric from Canada would be difficult...ummmm no! The well curated fabric selection and the quick shipping, as well as no problems with the border, are what I like so much about Blackbird Fabrics.I've placed two orders from them in the last 12 months because new resource and me cutting down on the fabric buying...however I made this cardigan that I wore all winter long because it was sooooo warm and the fabric didn't pill!
High quality, well curated selection, fast shipping and good customer service - what's not to like!
Since they're new on the scene, I'm wondering how many of you have taken advantage of their awesome goods? Personally, I'm tempted by their amazing Instagram account...especially their stories where they show how the fabric moves with some soft jazz playing in the background! I live in Canada. Winning the gift card would give me a chance to try an online resource - I only ever have purchased from a store where I can touch and feel the fabric... Your sweater print reminds me of a sweatshirt material I used 30 years ago to make a maternity dress - but I'm sure the quality has improved since then.
